Orders

An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email with its number. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but not for an order already confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, for instance because a finish has sold out, we will cancel it and refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card details.

Delivery

Orders ship within 24 business hours of payment, by USPS, to addresses in the United States. You receive a tracking number by email when the order leaves. Once a package is with the carrier, claims for loss or damage in transit are made with the carrier, and we will help you with the details.

Returns

All sales are final. Please confirm the length and finish before you pay. Questions before you order are welcome through the contact page.

What the Wreath Lock is, and isn't

The Wreath Lock is a wreath hook that hangs over a door and is held in place when the door closes. It deters theft; it does not guarantee against it, and it is not a security device for the door itself. Use it as shown in the installation guide.

Intellectual property

Wreath Lock is a registered trademark of The Wreath Meshine. The Wreath Lock design is patent pending. The films, renders and text on this site belong to The Wreath Meshine and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
