Every order ships within 24 business hours of payment, by USPS, from Houston, Texas, to addresses in the United States. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves. Once a package is with the carrier, claims for loss or damage in transit are made with the carrier; we will help you with the details.

The website does not ship outside the United States yet. For anywhere else, write to us.

Returns

All sales are final, so please confirm the length and finish before you pay. The fit guide and the studio, where you can add a photo of your own door, are there to make that easy, and questions before you order are always welcome.
