What we keep, and why.

Browsing the website

Our pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses to deliver them and to protect against abuse. We run no analytics or advertising trackers and set no cookies for browsing.

The optional door finder in the studio sends the one photo you choose to a machine-learning service to locate the door in it. The photo is used only to answer that request and is not stored by us.

Orders

When you buy, we keep your name, delivery address, email address, what you ordered and what you paid, so we can ship it, answer questions about it and keep the records a business must keep.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number, wallet details and authentication go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe may set cookies during the payment step to prevent fraud; its handling of your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy. Receipts and shipping notices are sent by email through our email provider.

Messages and letters

A message sent through the contact page is stored with your name and email so we can reply. If you join our letters, we keep your email until you ask us to stop, and we send nothing else.

The app and App Clip

The app uses your camera to show the Wreath Lock on your own door. The camera image is processed on your phone by Apple's ARKit and is never sent to us or to anyone else. The app has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. A photo is saved to your photo library only when you tap Save photo, and it stays on your phone. The app stores nothing about you between uses.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, through the contact page. Order records needed for tax and accounting are kept for as long as the law requires.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no data from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
